RING A TRADIE

For business

Get on the board

Ring A Tradie is the front door of the NearMe network. When someone rings or searches with a job in your area, it goes first to one priority local business covering that line, not to an auction. Only with the customer’s OK does it widen to a few more nearby businesses. You never buy a lead you might lose.

How it works here

Jobs route to you first

A caller says the trade, the suburb and the job. That request is checked against listed businesses whose recorded coverage includes the area, then goes to the priority business covering that line. If they cannot take it, a small number of other nearby listed businesses may be tried next, only with the customer’s OK.

What it is not

No bidding war

The lead platforms sell one job to up to three tradies and charge for every lead, win or lose. Here the job comes to you, not to an auction. Being listed is free; you pay to be seen and tried first, and that placement is labelled.

Where you appear

The whole network

One membership covers your trade line here and on its dedicated network site, plus suburb and postcode pages across your service area. Pricing and terms live on the network hub.

The shared-lead maths

What a lead really costs

One job is sold to up to three tradies, who then compete on price. A lead runs about $30 to $80, and only around one in five turns into a booking. That puts the real cost of a won job near $150 to $400, and the price per lead keeps climbing. You pay whether you win the work or not.
